Sisters Stroll: Forest Bathing
Calling all women! Come and join in on a Forest Bathing experience at Sanborn Country Park. It’s time to slow down, beathe deeply and be present. This is a guided, slow walk, which will take 2 - 3 hours and note that there is a $6.00 entry fee (consider carpooling). Wear sturdy shoes, layers and connect with nature. Meet int he Sequoia parking lot. Please register for the walk using the link:
