Sunnyvale SDA Church has been supporting The Refuge ministry for close to 10 years. The next Refuge dinner is scheduled for May 20th. This is where our church cooks a hot meal for the homeless and less fortunate. To volunteer please contact Verissa Puen Sad-Sad at [email protected].
Tentative schedule: 12:30pm-1pm down in the kitchen for setup, then 2:45-3pm head to St. Mark’s Lutheran Church for service by 3:15pm.
They usually need about 2 people for food prep and 2 people for service.
