PRAYER CORNER "GIVING UP IS NOT AN OPTION" DAY 17
RESTORATION Psalm 71:20 (NIV)---Though you have made me see troubles, many and bitter, you will restore my life again; from the depths of the earth you will again bring me up. Within the Gospels, Jesus restores sight to the blind and a withered hand. Jesus is a restorer of the things you have lost. It seems you have lost much in life. You have lost your hope, faith, trust, expectation, and even lost how to be loved and how to love you. You have lost loved ones and material possessions. At times you have lost your way! No one can explain to you what is transpiring in your live. Why does it seem as though you have hit this downward spiral, and why does it seem as though everything is spinning out uncontrollably? You may ask yourself the question, how can I get anything back or how can my life be repaired? I believe the blind man in Mark 8:22-25 may have questioned how his sight was gong to be restored. But the son of God can restore anything you have lost. The Word of God declares in Joel 2:25, "And I will restore to you the years the locust have eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you." Don't lose yourself because of what you have lost, God is a restorer of things that are lost along the way. He will restore your strength faith, confidence, wealth, health, and even your marriage. Remember, as long you don't lose your faith in God, everything you lost can be restored. REFLECTION: Have you ever restored furniture, old cars, or homes? Was the end result better than the original look? IMPARTATION: Create a short story of a time when God restored your life from chaos to peace, lack to prosperity, or tragedy to triumph. COMMUNICATION: Lord. I am grateful that you are the restorer of my soul. I am grateful that you are leading me on the path of righteousness. Everything I have lost, I count it a joy that you are a restorer. My latter days will be greater than my former days, Thank you for restorati
