Connect7 Subscribers (a.k.a. followers): Name, email address or phone number, interests and subscriptions preferences.
Connect7 Customers: Contact information (e.g., name, mailing address, email address or phone number)
Without prejudice to information collected by means of cookies (see below Cookies), your personal data is collected through the different input forms on the Connect7 Service (e.g., when you create an account).
Connect7 uses collected personal data for the following purposes:
To provide and maintain the Connect7 Services.
To provide newsletters and news updates on the latest developments of your preference.
To communicate with you, including responding to your questions, and to send you marketing and promotional materials.
To provide feedback to third party organizations that use the Connect7 Services to promote their activities, events, content and publication.
To allow you to participate in interactive features of the Connect7 Services when you choose to do so.

Connect7 may process your personal data for the performance of a contract, legitimate interests and consent.
The Connect7 Services are offered to U.S. residents and anyone over the age of 18. Connect7 does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone outside the U.S. or under the age of 18, nor sensitive data such as information regarding your health, political or religious beliefs, sexual orientation, etc.
3. Disclosure of Data
Connect7 may disclose your personal data to third parties in the following scenarios:
Agents, Consultants and Service Providers: Contractors and service providers who process personal data on behalf of Connect7 to perform services related to the Connect7 Services.
Business Transfers: In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, the personal data that Connect7 holds may be part of the transferred assets. You acknowledge and agree that any successor to or acquirer of Connect7 (or its assets) will continue to have the right to use your personal data and other information.
Aggregate or Anonymous Information (Non-Personal Information): Connect7 may share aggregate, non-personal information (such as your information related to your activity while using the Connect7 Services) with third parties for their marketing or analytics uses, such as third party organizations that use the Connect7 Services and content distributors.
Legal Requirements: In the event that Connect7 may have to comply with a legal obligation; to protect and defend our rights or property; to prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Connect7 Service; to protect the personal safety of users of the Connect7 Service or the public; and to protect against legal liability.
Connect7 may publish or promote third party activities, events, content and publications as well as websites and services on the Connect7. These third parties have separate and independent privacy policies. Connect7 does not provide personal data to said third parties; therefore, Connect7 cannot be held liable for the data processing these third parties carry out of the personal data you may directly provide them.
Connect7 uses appropriate technical or organizational security measures against unauthorized or unlawful use of data, and against accidental loss, destruction or damage to data, in order to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data.
In the event of a data breach, Connect7 will take adequate measures to mitigate its possible adverse effects and, where appropriate, Connect7 shall inform you of such breach without undue delay.
Connect7 will retain personal data for as long as it is necessary and relevant for Connect7's operations (for example, to send subscription emails or to keep you account active). Unless Connect7 is actively using your personal data, Connect7 will delete such l data after three (3) years. Connect7 may retain personal data for a longer period to comply with retention obligations or until legal disputes have been determined.
6. Rights and Inquiries
You have the right to access your personal data at any time and the right to correct any inaccurate or incomplete information. You may also request erasure of your personal data at any time, by deleting your account.
Finally, you also have the right to request information about which personal data is disclosed by Connect7 to third parties for direct marketing purposes, and the names and addresses of such third parties.
Cookies are files with small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from the Connect7 Service and stored on your device.
Tracking technologies also used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze the Connect7 Services.
You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.
However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of the Connect7 Services.

Hotjar - Hotjar allows Connect7 to study users' behavior and their devices to establish a pseudonymized user profile.

In addition, Connect7 also may include tracking pixels, which are small graphic images, in our email messages to determine whether the messages were opened and if the links were clicked. If you do not want to receive tracking pixels in emails Connect7 may send you, you will need to disable HTML images in your email client, but that may affect your ability to view images in other emails you receive.
You can enable cookies, disable them, or clear them in your web browser's settings or device's.
8. How Connect7 responds to Do Not Track Signals
Connect7 does not respond to DNT signals in browsers because a Do Not Track (DNT) standard has not been adopted to this day.
Connect7 does not track you over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising.
There are other parties conducting online tracking on the Connect7 Services.
